Saturday December 13,08 Weight loss update
Well this week I had a cold and was not exercisng as much as I have in the the past. So I wasn't sure how today was going to end up at Weight Watchers. I ended up losing another 2.6 pounds for the week. A total of 57.8 pounds since September and 69.8 pounds since May. I now weigh 285.4 pounds. I have 7 more pounds that I would love to lose by January 3,2009. I should be able to do that.
