september 2010 weightloss update. 2 Year anniversary

Since my last blog entry summer has come and now is almost gone. I have been busy working both my jobs. The dental office during the week. And then Scheels All Sports on the weekends. And also trying to keep up with my workouts and practicing good nutrition.

One Sunday when I woke up I didn't know that my life would be changed from that moment on. I started my day like I normally do. But once I got to Scheels and I started working on getting anybody and everybody that I can to sign up for the Scheels visa card. This one customer I approached I couldn't get him to sign up for the credit card but we recognized each other from the gym. Come to find out that him and his buddy have there own gym. With that in mind Joe mentioned that they do a boot camp (forged fit camp). Joe thought this would be a perfect opportunity for me to try out. I got all the information and told him i would look into it and let him know If I was interested in trying it out. I knew when I was talking to Joe that realistically I'm not going to sign up for the forged fit camp but whatever. The next thing I knew before I went to bed I was setting my alarm clock for 4am on a Monday morning. and around 5:15 Monday morning I was walking through that garage gym door for the first time. I didn't know what I was getting myself really into.Especially so early on a Monday morning. Out of all the personal training and gym time that I have had Joe is the only person to get me out of bed that early on a Monday.

I have now completed 2 phases of this forged fit camp. So far I have had a great experience and have had positive results. Not only have I been able to lose 23 pounds. I have also been educated alot more on good nutrition, and learn more and more about myself as I am going through this. Soon I will be starting my 3rd phase of this program. So now I have personal training some way shape or form Monday - Friday. I am loving every minutes of it to. I never thought I would be pulling tires to be honest with you.

This weekend Labor Day Is my 2 year anniversary of getting on track with good nutrtion and exercise routine. It has been an awesome 2 years with all the changes and experience I have gone through.

I want to thank my parents, family, friends, co workers, (personal trainers = Adam, Jill, Mike, Bill, Joe, Travis),weight watcher staff, and people that I have met or ran into in society. You all have made a large large impact some how throughout this journey for me. Adam I know when I walked through those doors at 24 hour fitness you had a challenge put into your hands. But just think back to what I couldn't do exercise wise and now look how far I have come and how much I can do now. I was one of those clients that no matter what I am sticking to it. And here I am today.

I am ready to start my 3rd year of this life long life style change. So far I have lost 125 pounds. My goal for now is another 75 pounds for sure. Then we will see from there.
