Well it was a good week. I am able to start using weights and seeing my trainer again at the gym. I made some good progress this week on the treadmill. I was actually able to make it to 5.0 speed. Now I can't go for a full 5 minutes at that level but I broke it down to 1 minute at a time. When I first started this process back in September I was only able to go 2.5 on the treadmill.
I ended up Losing 3.2 pounds this last week. For a total of 78.4 pounds since September. And a total of 90.4 pounds since May. Just think I am getting closer and closer to that 100 pound lost mark. :) :) :)
